📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International orders can take 10–20 business days depending on your location. All orders are fulfilled via Printful and shipped directly to you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received one within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - enjoy free shipping on all orders over £50.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. As our products are print-on-demand, we're unable to accept returns for sizing issues, so please check our size guide before ordering.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at Flowst8te@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right straight away.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before purchasing, as sizing can vary between styles.

Do your products run true to size?
Generally yes, but we recommend checking the individual product size guide as some styles have a more fitted or relaxed cut.
